Here is an opportunity to win a series of webinars from the entire family.

I would love to win myself. I find making time for real life learning to be a challenge with my own five children.

Jumping in to blogosphere!
Here I go! I'm taking the plunge into the inviting waters of the Blogosphere! The time seemed right and I have enjoyed reading other moms journals. So, I hope to contribute to the lives of other Christian wives and mothers through this blog.
First, an explanation of the blog name seems appropriate. I was raised in a family that loved to sing. We found so much joy and still do, simply in singing together. My grandfather especially enjoyed hearing everyone sing in harmony. So when my mom, sister, aunt, and I recorded a CD of music, we honored my grandparents through the title, "Heritage of Harmony", as they had together built an incredible heritage of faithfulness to the Lord, to their family, and to one another. So as I live each day in the knowledge of God's presence, I desire to leave behind a heritage of harmony. From the Bible, in Luke 2:52, we learn that Jesus grew "in wisdom, in stature, and in favor with God and man". It is my heart's desire to also grow in wisdom, and maintain harmonious relationships with my heavenly Father and those He has placed in my life. (a little stature wouldn't hurt either as I am 5'2")
Lastly, I pray that this blog will serve to encourage and build others up, especially homeschool wives and mothers. It would be incredibly easier to title this blog "Random Thoughts by a Side-tracked Home Executive". So defining my purpose is important to me in order that my time is well-spent and my entries are aimed at a specific target. I love the quote "If you aim at nothing, you will hit it every time." As I further consider why I am doing this, I will post my targets. Until then, the water feels fine!!! Jump in!
